Order procedure

What happens when you place an order? First of all, you will very quickly receive an order confirmation e-mail with a summary of your items. This is also confirmation that our team has started working on your order and will dispatch it within 1 or 2 working days on average (if you place your order before 12:00, we will start working on your order the same day).

After dispatch, the items will arrive within another 4 to 6 working days. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive another confirmation e-mail with tracking information.

We are shipping only in UK.

Cancellations

As we want to process all orders quickly, you only have 24 hours to cancel your order. Please contact us at info@hominure.com and be sure to include your order number. If you contact us before the order is shipped, we will be able to cancel the order (otherwise you will have to follow the standard return policy).

Late orders

In the worst case scenario, your order should arrive within 8 working days (2 working days handling and 6 working days transit). Occasionally delays do occur, so please wait an additional 3 working days before contacting us.

If after 11 days your order has still not arrived at your address, please contact us at info@hominure.com with your order number and we will quickly help you figure out what is going on.

Damaged / defective items

It is possible (although rare) that a part of your order arrives damaged or the item is the wrong size or colour.

Do not panic or get discouraged, we will be happy to help you. Take pictures of the problem, have your order number handy and contact us at info@hominure.com with a brief explanation of what happened.

We will do our best to rectify the situation, usually by returning the affected items at no extra charge.
